A capacitive microphone includes a housing, a membrane, and a first back plate. A first insulating layer is disposed on a first side of the first back plate facing the membrane, and a second insulating layer is disposed on a second side of the first back plate opposite to the first side of the first back plate. An additional insulating layer is disposed on a sidewall of at least one of a plurality of perforation holes in the first back plate. Each conductive surface of the first back plate can be covered with an insulating material. |
