PURPOSE:To simultaneously and integrally mold a tubular body and a filter part out of resin and contrive to improve the joint strength and to reduce the weight of the tubular body concerned by a method wherein projected part for forming the small holes of the filter part at the bottom of the tubular body is provided on a core side when the tubular body is molded by using a fusible core. CONSTITUTION:A fusible core is made of low-melting alloy and formed into a space corresponding to the inner space of a tubular body 2 to be molded. Further, on the bottom of the core, a large number of projected parts 11 for forming the small holes 31 of a filter part 3 are formed at proper intervals so as to mold recessed parts 12 for forming the filter part 3. After that, under the condition that the core 1 is set in respective molds 3 and 4, thermoplastic resin is poured in a space made between the core 1 and the molds 3 and 4 and then solidified so as to simultaneously mold the tubular body 2 and the filter part 3. After that, the tubular body 2 is released and heated at the required temperature so as to fuse the core 1 in order to flow outside through the small holes 31, resulting in obtaining a product, in which the filter part 3 is integrally molded at the end opening of the tubular body 2. |
