In a glasses-type front detecting device for people with weak eyesight, the glasses-type front detecting device of the present invention is composed of: a sensor unit; a control unit; and a battery unit. The sensor unit includes: a frame formed into a glasses frame; an ultrasonic sensor mounted in an upper part of the frame, generating ultrasonic waves, and measuring a distance to an object by emitting the ultrasonic waves reflected by the object; and a warning sound speaker generating warning sounds. The control unit mounted in the frame of the sensor determines distance measurement data transmitted from the ultrasonic sensor, thereby operating the warning sound speaker when the distance is a predetermined distance or closer. The battery unit supplies power to the control unit and the sensor unit. Accordingly, people with weak eyesight are capable of recognizing and avoiding risky elements in front in advance, thus an effect of preventing accidents is obtained.
