The present invention relates to an automatic measurement device of ground and underground sinking capable of measuring the displacement of a wire connected between the base ground and the soft ground and the pressure displacement of a liquid sinking meter installed on the base ground and performing comprehensive analysis. According to the present invention, the automatic sinking measurement device for soft ground includes: a wire sinking measurement unit which measures the displacement of a wire connected between the base ground and the target ground to measure the sinking amount; a liquid sinking meter which is placed on the base ground and measures the horizontal displacement of the base ground; and a data collection unit which collects and analyzes data measured by the wire sinking measurement unit and the liquid sinking meter.
