The present invention relates to a battery pack for preventing the leakage of gas and, more specifically, relates to a battery pack for preventing the leakage of gas, which prevents harmful gas from being introduced inside a vehicle. According to the present invention, the battery pack for preventing the leakage of gas comprises: an upper housing formed with a ventilation flow path; a plate-shaped intermediate housing having a hollow provided with the ventilation flow path; and a lower housing having an upper surface adjacent to the edge of a lower surface of a battery cell module to be coupled and to form a cooling flow path, and having the upper surface adjacent to the lower surface of the intermediate housing to be coupled and to form the ventilation flow path.
