The present invention relates to a rubber vulcanizer, and more specifically, to an energy-efficient rubber vulcanizer which reduces the fuel consumption of a burner while effectively managing and operating the temperature inside a vulcanizing tunnel, and minimizes the amount of fume generated during a vulcanizing process. The present invention provides a rubber vulcanizer including a vulcanizing conveyor which includes an inlet and an outlet, and moves through inside a vulcanizing tunnel which is heated to a vulcanizing temperature by heat provided from a heating unit including a burner and an incinerator, wherein the heating unit comprises: an air suction duct which is piped at a lower end of the outlet and connected to a blower; a hot air recycle duct which connects the inlet and the outlet of the blower; a supplementary incineration duct which branches out from the middle of the hot air recycle duct and connects to the incinerator, and whose supply amount is controlled by an actuator valve installed on the hot air recycle duct; and a heating duct which branches from a chimney installed in the incinerator and connects to the hot air recycle duct. Accordingly, the present invention provides an environmentally friendly rubber vulcanizer which can manage temperatures effectively while minimizing the fuel consumption, and can minimize the amount of fume emitted into the atmosphere by incinerating the fume generated during the vulcanizing process. |
