The invention provides a fishy smell removal and deodorization method for alligator oil. The method comprises the steps of degumming, deacidification and deodorization. Selectively, the method further comprises a decoloration step. After the alligator oil is processed through the fishy smell removal and deodorization method, impurities in the crude-extracted alligator oil are eliminated, so that the alligator oil has no color or fishy smell, and is good and edible animal oil. In addition, the fishy smell removal and deodorization method for the alligator oil is simple, easy to implement, and enable the alligator oil to be produced easily in a large scale. |
