摘要 The present disclosure relates to a Raman spectrum detection system, which comprises a light source for emitting excitation light that excites a detected object to emit Raman light; an external light path system for irradiating light emitted from the light source on the detected object and collecting the Raman light emitted by the detected object; a light detection device for receiving the Raman light collected by the external light path system and detecting said Raman light to obtain spectrum data thereof; a control device for controlling the excitation light source to provide the excitation light, controlling the light detection device to detect the Raman light, receiving the spectrum data output from the light detection device, and analyzing said spectrum data to identify the detected object; and an automatic calibration device for holding the standard sample and for automatically calibrating the system. The present disclosure also relates to a method for detecting an object using the Raman spectrum detection system, and a method for automatically calibrating the Raman spectrum detection system.
