PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil unit having a two-stage winded planar coil, in which generation of discharge is suppressed between coil wires.SOLUTION: A coil unit includes a coil formed by winding a coil wire 30 so as to surround a circumference of a winding axis O1 and winding the coil wire 30 so as to close to the winding axis O1 as a number of wounds increases from one end to the other end. The coil includes: a lower layer coil part 34; and an upper layer coil part 35 that is disposed to an upper surface of the lower layer coil part 34. When viewed from a cross section of the coil in a vertical direction to a direction extending to the coil wire 30, the coil wire 30 winds so as to alternatively move between the upper layer coil part 35 and the lower layer coil part 34 as it goes from one end of the coil to the other end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
