PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic machinery capable of controlling a runner vane opening or closing force within a volume of a runner vane servo motor while a hydraulic loss is being effectively restricted when there may occur a possibility that the runner vane opening or closing force exceeds the volume of the runner vane servo motor.SOLUTION: A hydraulic machinery 100 in accordance with one preferred embodiment of this invention comprises a guide vane 3 capable of adjusting a guide vane opening degree by being turned around a guide vane turning shaft 3A, and a runner vane 61 of which angle can be adjusted by being turned around a runner vane turning shaft 62. The guide vane 3 includes a vane main body 31 provided with a guide vane turning shaft 3A, a turning end part 33 connected to the end part of the runner vane 61 of the vane main body 31 by the end part turning shaft 32 extending along the guide vane turning shaft 3A, and a driving part 34 for turning the turning end part 33 around the center of the end part turning shaft 32.
