Results of medical tests for sexually transmissible diseases (STDs) or other medical conditions such as drug use are posted to a registry site accessible by a subscriber and any authorized guest of the subscriber. The medical test results are associated with a verification of the subscriber's identity. The verification may be in the form of a driver's license number, or other indicia of identification, recorded when a test sample was drawn by a testing lab affiliated with the registry site. Results of the test performed by the testing lab are automatically posted to the registry site along with the customer ID assigned to the subscriber when registering with the registry site, and the verification of the subscriber's identity. Subsequently, the subscriber and any authorized guest or prospective sexual partner can access the subscriber's test results and the verification of the subscriber's identity by entering a predefined password or other access code, thereby enabling the guest, who may be a prospective sexual partner, to verify a medical condition asserted by the subscriber. |

1. A computer implemented method comprising:
under the control of one or more computing devices,
receiving, from at least one testing entity, a plurality of test results at a medical results registry system, wherein each test result of the plurality of test results indicates a result of a medical test regarding a user of a plurality of users;receiving a set of test subject identifiers confirming the identities of at least some of the plurality of users as subjects of the plurality of test results, wherein each of the test subject identifiers comprises an image of at least the face of a user, from the plurality of users, the image generated by the at least one testing entity in conjunction with a medical test corresponding to at least one test result of the plurality of test results, wherein the set of test subject identifiers is distinct from the plurality of test results;processing the set of test subject identifiers with the plurality of test results to link individual test subject identifiers from the set of test with individual test results from the plurality of test results;for individual users, from the plurality of users, identified by a test subject identifier from the set of test subject identifiers, storing, in a data store, a history of test results of the individual user together with the test subject identifier confirming the individual user as the subject of tests results in the history of test results;for individual users, from the plurality of users, not identified by a test subject identifier from the set of test subject identifiers, storing, in the data store, a history of test results of the individual user along with an indication that no test subject identifier corresponding to the history of test results is available;receiving, from a party authorized by a first user of the plurality of users, a request for the history of test results of the first user;verifying that the history of test results of the first user is stored in the data store with a test subject identifier confirming the first user as the subject of test results in the history of test results of the first user; andsubsequent to verifying that the history of test results of the first user is stored in the data store with the test subject identifier confirming the first user as the subject of test results in the history of test results of the first user, providing, to the party authorized by the first user, the history of test results of the first user and the test subject identifier confirming the first user as the subject of test results in the history of test results of the first user. |
