FIELD: electroplating.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating and can be applied to production of wear-resistant coatings on friction surfaces of machine parts in machine building, machining, machine-tool, and other industries. Method involves anodic treatment by direct current in acid electrolyte with additional oxidant, in two steps with intermediate heating. Heating is performed at temperatures 500-640 °C during 20 to 30 minutes. Anodising is performed at current density of 5-10 A/dmin sulphuric acid electrolyte of concentration 2 to 10 wt% with blowing air mixture containing 1 to 5 mg/l ozone, and with simultaneous ultrasound exposure, wherein first stage anodising is carried out for 30±5 minutes, and second stage for not more than 15 minutes.EFFECT: technical result is obtaining protective anode coatings with thickness of not less than 60 mcm and higher hardness.1 cl, 1 tbl |
