PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for more appropriately evaluating a bicycle riding skill.SOLUTION: A riding attitude evaluation system includes a measuring device 100. The measuring device 100 includes a sensor part and a riding evaluation processing part 152. The sensor part acquires a physical amount (acceleration, angular velocity, or atmospheric pressure, etc.) on a user at the time when the user is riding a bicycle.
