摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain fragrant foods and drinks containing a larger amount of an aromatic ingredient such as active amyl alcohol as an ingredient of the foods and drinks. CONSTITUTION:A yeast, belonging to the genus Saccharomyces and having resistance to thiaisoleucine is used in a method for producing foods and drinks using a microorganism. Thereby, the objective fragrant foods and drinks are produced.
