<p>PURPOSE:To ease counting management of erase-write number of times and to improve system reliability by counting the number of times of erase-write and by providing a storage means. CONSTITUTION:In case of data reloading an erase instruction signal 13 is instructed and the data, located in a memory cell 1, are erased by an erase signal 21 and the data, located in an erase-write number of times storage cell 4, are set in an erase-write number of times counter 3. Furthermore, in the case of data write, the data on a data bus 16 are written by a write instruction signal in the address designated by an address 11 and the counter 3 is counted up. After the completion, the number of times is stored in the storage cell 4. And this counting data are outputted to the data bus by a erase-write number of times read out signal 15. Thus, the erase-write number of times counting management becomes easy and the discrepancy between the actual number of times by the malfunction of a main control section and the number of times stored in the specific address is prevented.</p> |
