PURPOSE:To prevent rapid increase of the revolving speed of a liquid pressure motor and generation of high pressure when a liquid pressure pump of variable capacity type is going to start or its revolving speed is increasing rapidly, by constructing the liquid pressure apparatus or liquid pressure circuit in simple configuration. CONSTITUTION:A throttle 41 is installed in the discharge oil path 44 of an axial piston pump 1 having a capacity increasing/decreasing mechanism, which is to increase or decrease the pump capacity in accordance with the revolving speed of the pump. When the pressure difference between upstream and downstream of this throttle 41 increases, No.1 valve element of a four-way selector valve 42 changes over the capacity increasing/decreasing mechanism to the minor capacity side against the action of a spring 47. A leak valve 43 is installed in parallel with this four-way selector valve 42, and No.2 valve element puts the discharge oil path 44 in communication with a drainage path 55 against the action of a spring 53 when the pressure difference between upstream and downstream of the throttle 41 becomes greater than the abovementioned pressure difference value. |
