The signal selector is to select signals transmitted from a transmitter or a receiver, to amplify the selected signal and to attenuate the un-selected signals. The selector includes a first amplifier (AA10) for amplifying or attenuating selected input signal, a second amplifier (AA11) for amplifying or attenuating input signal according to a control signal, a selection controller (CC10) for generating a first and a second control signal having opposite level according to switch action, a first pass filter for passing output signal of the first amplifier, a second pass filter for passing output signal of the second filter, and a diode (D10) for controlling the first amplifier according to collector voltage level of a transistor (Q3).
