<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a part of an image, even when it does not have a shared key. <P>SOLUTION: A converting portion 131 converts AV data to be input on the basis of a prescribed system, a delaying portion 132 delays the AV data to be input so that the data are synchronized with the converted AV data, and a selecting portion 133 displays a part of the image, even when it does not have any shared key, by selecting and outputting either the delayed AV data or the converted AV data, on the basis of a key signal 151E.
