<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the liquid crystal display device which is structured so as to eliminate a display defect due to the breaking of a source bus line later. CONSTITUTION:The connection positions of input terminals 21 are made different among adjacent source bus lines 20 and auxiliary electric conductors 30 are superposed on both end parts of all the source bus lines in a crossing direction. If a line broken part 50 is formed on an optional source bus line 20a, the end part of the source bus line 20a on the opposite side from the input terminal and the intersection parts 40a for the auxiliary electric conductors 30, and the end parts of adjacent source bus lines 20b on the side where the input terminals 21 are connected and the intersection parts 40b for the auxiliary electric conductors 30 are irradiated with laser light. Consequently, both the source bus lines 20a and 20b are connected electrically to eliminate the display defect due to the breaking of the source bus line 20a.</p> |
