<p>PURPOSE:To prevent illegality to leave another vehicle at an inexpensive parking fee by using an illegal parking ticket obtained by parking a vehicle at the front of a ticket machine after extracting a parking ticket from the ticket machine. CONSTITUTION:A data transmission means which transmits entry data to an automatic fee adjusting machine 5 at an exit port is provided at a parking ticket machine 1 installed at the entry port of a parking area when a vehicle detector 4 for gate closing detects the passage of an entry vehicle after the parking ticket PT is extracted, and an entry data update means which registers only the latest entry data by updating transmitted entry data, and a parking ticket check means which prohibits the leaving of the vehicle by interrupting the adjustment of the fee when the entry time of an inserted parking ticket shows later than the ticket issuing time of registered latest entry data are provided at the automatic adjusting machine 5.</p> |
