The The "Sani-Boards" are a tool to be used as cutting boards. They prevent cross contamination by being specific to the purpose and food being processed on them e.g. Red Meats only: Sandwiches only etc. Having bold identification hot stamped on the Boards. enables the boards to be checked by an observer for the specific purpose it is meant for. The letterig stamped on the board withstand high temperature /A moisture subjugated through Commercial Dishwashing process. The Lettering is also colour coded enabling identification.
