PURPOSE:To obtain a method for producing a formed tangle roll, comprising a new treating process including roll shaping following formation of sheet tangle paste. CONSTITUTION:A method for producing a processed and formed food comprising sea tangle as a raw material consists of the following processes. (a) The first process of physically making sea tangle as raw material into the paste, (b) the second process of blending the sea tangle paste with subsidiary materials and kneading, (c) the third process of forming an intermediate sheet, (d) the fourth process of subjecting to gelatinizing process with a solution of Ca, (e) the fifth process including roll forming, binding with an edible ribbon material and seasoning and (f) the sixth process of billing to form a packing material and thermal sterilization. |
