PURPOSE:To improve an adhering performance of a SiC refractory layer and a refractory material layer of alumina or the like covering both surfaces of the SiC refractory layer. CONSTITUTION:When both surfaces of a SiC refractory material layer 1 are covered by a refractory material layer 2 of alumina or the like, a particle diameter of SiC particles constituting the SiC refractory material layer 1 and an amount of inclusion of the product having this particle diameter are set in their predetermined range, thereby a junction surface between the SiC refractory material layer 1 and the refractory material layer 2 of alumina or the like is forcedly connected and then a refractory material shelf plate having a sandwiched structure having a high anti-peeling off characteristic and having a high temperature strength can be attained.
