<p>PURPOSE:To reduce timewise visual dead angles for each video signal by recording all video signals from plural monitoring television cameras for each intermittent video recording. CONSTITUTION:A switching timing pulse generating section 13 generates a switching timing pulse Ps and sends it to a video recording timing pulse generating section 12. A frame switcher 21 selects video signals V1-V3 from plural (n=3) monitor television cameras 31-33 sequentially and continuously for each field or frame and outputs a selected signal. The video recording timing pulse generating section 12 generates a video recording timing pulse PR in which the video recording is n-field or n-frame and sends the pulse to a servo control section 14. The servo control section 14 controls a video recording reproduction section 15 in response to the video recording timing pulse PR to record intermittently a video signal via a video signal processing section 11.</p> |
