PURPOSE: To facilitate a connection of a bookbinding finishing facility by providing a control means for indicating accurate or inaccurate storage in lateral, horizontal and vertical directions of first and second facility parts. CONSTITUTION: A bypass conveying mechanism 50 has plunger type actuators 92, 93, and switches 90, 91 at a right side end. A connecting system of this type simultaneously ensures an alignment of modules while allowing a contact of a minimum limit between the modules. A third party facility compresses the plungers as the third party facility approaches the conveying mechanism, and hence it needs a part disposed similarly at a left side end. The plungers are compressed to close the opened switch state or to open the closed switch state. The switch is wired to change its level according to a logic signal to be monitored if one of them is not compressed. |
