PURPOSE:To offer an inexpensive and efficient image forming device which selects two kinds of thermal fixing temperature control modes according to the processing frequency of image forming, eliminates the waste of electric power and prolongs the life of a heat connecting member as for the image forming device using a normal paper. CONSTITUTION:A circuit 26 which changes the reference value of a comparator 29 according to the output of an FULOW signal and a circuit which turns off NAND gate 32 according to the output of an FUEN signal are provided. When the using frequency of a facsimile equipement is high, the FULOW signal is outputted and a fixing roll is set to be a temperature which is a little lower than a prescribed temperature. When the using frequency is low, the FUEN signal is outputted and the fixing roll is set to be at a non-heating temperature. As the result, power consumption is saved and efficient printing processing is executed. |
