PURPOSE:To provide an output controller for power plant which prevents unnecessary operation at the time of switching to a total control mode thus ensuring a stable operating condition and safety. CONSTITUTION:The output controller for power plant comprises means 11 for setting a total output command value for a plurality of power plants under total control mode, means 14 for detecting status change from single operation mode to total control mode of any one of the plurality of generators, and control start permitting means 15 for sustaining the operation when the status change detecting means 14 detects a status change to bring about a stand-by state and releasing the stand-by state when a new total output command value is set to start output control with a number of generators determined by a new total control mode. |
