A head for a polymer insulator comprises a body, for example, cylindrical form with outside diameter having a blind cylindrical hole for fibre-glass rod location along symmetry axes of the body, and also mounting attachment for fixation of head to contact system masts, for example, as an ear with a through hole for suspension of the head in a set with the insulator to supports of contact system masts. The head from side of the blind cylindrical hole for location of the fibre-glass rod is made with a three-dimensional thickening in the form of rotary body located symmetrically relatively to a longitudinal axes of the head body and made continuous with the body, side surface of the said thickening is made rounded. |
