<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title sensor capable of simply bonding a lead and easy to produce without exerting any adverse effect on an electro-optical crystal. CONSTITUTION:A sensor is formed from electrodes 8a, 8b for applying detection voltage 10 to an electro-optical crystal 3 in the direction crossing the direction of the light transmitting through the crystal 3 at an almost right angle, the metal foils 11a, 11b bonded to the surface of the electro-optical crystal 3 through conductive adhesives 7a, 7b and the lead parts 12a, 12b protruding from the surface having the metal foils bonded thereto of the crystal to be integrally formed to the metal foils. Leads are bonded to the parts protruding from the surfaces of the lead parts to apply detection voltage.</p> |
