<p>PURPOSE:To supply a one chip microcomputer in which the increase of program execution time is solved. CONSTITUTION:The output state of a read strobe signal PSEN and that of a read strobe signal RD are switched in correspondence with the logical value of '1' or '0' of flag data written into a state flag 61a by a switch read circuit. If a flag deleter FD is set to '1', for example, at the time of executing an instruction reading variable data in an external data memory 63 as a source operand, the output of the read strobe signal RD for the external data memory 63 is prohibited and the read strobe signal PSEN for the external program memory 62 is outputted.</p> |
