PURPOSE:To provide the shoes which are provided with heels having the required level difference of shanks and have the anatomy shape reproducing the delicate lines of the rear surfaces of the feet at the front surfaces of the shoesoles and the method for producing there shoes by injection-molding. CONSTITUTION:The shank 2 having a through hole 21 exists in the lower part of the waist part of an ansole 1 having a through hole 11 and a layer 4 of the anatomy shape consisting of the same material as the material of a main sole 3 exists in the upper part of the insole. The main sole and this layer are integrally connected by a communicating member consisting of the same material as the material of the main sole in the through hole, by which the shoes are constituted. The stitches body of the insole with the shank and uppers is pulled over into a lasting mold having a flange part in the lower part at the rear end of the heel part and a main sole material is injected into the cavity consisting of the lasting mold, bottom mold and side molds to form the main sole. This main sole material is advanced through the through holes of the insole and the shank into the cavity existing in the upper part of the insole to form the layer consisting of the same material as the sole material in the upper part of the insole. |
