摘要 1,250,226. Television. INTERNATIONAL STANDARD ELECTRIC CORP. 26 Feb., 1969 [28 Feb., 1968], No. 10264/69. Heading H4F. In a rastor type television system using dot interlace of ratio n to reduce the video signal bandwidth, each line sync. signal causes generation of a discrete train of sampling signals of frequency f e =f v .(LE/n) where f v is field frequency, L is the number of lines in one field, E is the number of picture elements in one line, and LE/n is not integral, so that at each sampling signal the video input is coupled to an output circuit, and the system is characterized in that means responsive to the field sync. signals set up, for any one line, n different phase relationships between the respective line sync. signal and the ensuing sampling train, the sequence of phases repeating in successive sets of n frames so that the illusion of dot crawl is eliminated. Each frame may be formed of x fields if a vertical interlace ratio x, preferably where x = 2, is used. The dots of each field may lie on 45 degree diagonals to remove any directional diagonal emphasis. In a preferred embodiment, Fig. 1, at a transmitting station line sync. pulses delayed by a monostable 22 set a bi-stable 24 to actuate a clock 26 generating pulses of frequency f v .LE. After E pulse a counter 28 resets bi-stable 24 to stop the clock, and is itself reset by underlayed line sync. pulses. The clock pulses are divided by a bi-stable chain 33 e.g. 34, 35 for n = 4 and after sloping at 36 the resulting sampling train is fed, with the line and sync. pulses to an " OR " gate 44, which controls a gate 46 for passing line field and sampled video signals from a camera 12 to an output 48. Field sync. pulses (divided at 63 by x if line interlace is used) are fed to a further bi-stable chain 65, 67, with an equal number of bi-stables to those in chain 33, and the state of each circuit 65, 67, together with field sync. pulses or the frame frequency signal from 63 establishes the state of the corresponding circuit 35, 34 at the commencement of each field or frame, using " AND " circuits 68, 70, 73, 75. The chain 33 therefore assumes a different one of n initial counts at the beginning of each field or frame. In a modification, Fig. 6 (not shown), frame frequency pulses operate the chain 65, 67, but line sync. pulses are fed to the "AND " gates together with the outputs of elements 65, 67, so that the chain 33 is preset to the same initial count at the beginning of each line in any one field. A further " AND " circuit between elements 65 and 67 alters the relative phases of the elements to give a different sequence of phase relationships of the sampling trains. A similar circuit 11 may be employed at the receiver to resample and reshape the incoming video signal 48.
