The invention relates to the extraction equipment of batch action and can be used in food and pharmaceutical industry for extracting of target components from the shredded plant raw material of fruit and berry, root and grassy origin. An extractor contains a cylindrical housing with a cover and an electromechanical vibration drive, pipe connections for introduction of extractant and removal of extract, and a container. In accordance with the invention, the container is flexible, assembled from separate tapes and is connected through the upper and lower flanges to vibrating rod and support respectively. There is provided the possibility of creation of turbulent pulsating flows, which are directed both toward the periphery of apparatus and toward its central part, eliminate stagnation area and contribute to the intensification of the extraction process at micro- and macrolevel, and also the possibility of adjustment in sufficient range of amplitude and frequency of vibrations, that ensures the high intensity of the extraction process and shortening of its duration. |
