PURPOSE:To call an opposite party from the automobile telephone set while directing the visual field of the driver in front during the driving in the automobile telephone set sending/receiving a voice radio signal between a base station and a mobile station. CONSTITUTION:A knob 9A of a rotary abbreviation number knob 9 is provided to a rear side of a handset of the automobile telephone set having a dialing function by an abbreviation number and a pushbutton type dial button 9B is provided in the middle of the upper part of the knob 9A.
