PURPOSE:To increase the laser output of a gas laser oscillator and to contrive a reduction in the size of the whole oscillator. CONSTITUTION:The interior of a container 11 is divided into three layers of a first circulating path 14 for discharge use, a reflux path 15 and a second circulating path 16 for discharge use. A blast means (a turbo-blower) 17 is arranged at the right end part of the path 15 and laser gas in the path 15 is sucked by this means 17 and at the same time, is divided in the directions of the above paths 14 and 16 and is discharged. laser beams are respectively generated in first and second discharge parts arranged in the above paths 14 and 16 and these laser beams are synthesized in one optical axis by a resonance means 42 to oscillate to the outside. |
