<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp device which is thermally stable and has a sufficient manufacturing yield. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lamp device is provided with an LED, a circuit part and a case part. The case part has an LED seat holding LED. The circuit part has a metal plate buried in the case part. The metal plate has an LED coupling part exposed from the case part.
