PURPOSE:To obtain a wire having an excellent insulation property and flexibility by providing a ceramics insulating layer, made ceramics by heating, on an outside an electric conductor and a ceramics fiber layer on outside the ceramics insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:A ceramics insulating layer 2 of a metallic oxide such as SiO2, Al2O3 and ZrO2is formed by applying a ceramics percursor, such as metallic alkoxide or metallic organic acid salt, to the outside of an electric conductor 1 such as copper to be heated. Then an insulative ceramics fiber layer 3, composed of an alumina ceramics fiber, silica ceramics fiber, and zirconia ceramics fiber, etc., is provided outside the layer 2. This construction obtains high dielectric breakdown voltage with an insulation property improved without detracting flexibility. |
