In a ratio discriminator, one diode 160 is connected via a first resistor 164 to a first reference potential, and the other diode 162 is connected via a second resistor 166 to a second reference potential so as to forward bias the two diodes. The two reference potentials are developed from a pair of transistors 170, 172 and a Zener diode 177 which are so interconnected that the first potential is higher, and the second potential lower than that at point 180.</p> |
