<p>PURPOSE:To enable it to show a function as a torque limiter in two directions by rewinding each of both outer and inner coil springs connecting an interval between two hubs as well as between the one side hub and a shaft supporting this hub, respectively, so as to tighten one side if the other side is opened. CONSTITUTION:A first hub 1 is attached to a shaft 6, while this first hub 1 and the axis are adjoined side by side so as to accord with each other and then a second hub 2 is attached thereto. In addition, both these hubs 1, 2 are rewound by an outer coil spring 3, while a cylindrical cover member 5 is fitted in both these hubs 1, 2. Moreover, one end is clamped to the first hub 1, and an inner coil spring 4 for rewinding the shaft 6 is installed therein. With torque transferred in direction of rewinding the outer coil spring 3 from the second hub 2, the inner coil spring 4 is wound round in direction of opening the coil. With this constitution, even if a direction of the torque acting on the shaft 6 and the second hub 2 is either, it is made to act in direction of opening either of the coils.</p> |
