PURPOSE: To obtain a transmission method for a message in a frequency channel and a network. CONSTITUTION: Messages to be transmitted between users interconnected by the transmission network are classified into 'heavy' messages and 'light' messages. The 'heavy' message that includes a large amount of information is sent through message frequency channels (K(1)...K(2P)) assigned to each 'heavy' message in the network, and the 'light' message is sent through a common channel (KZ) in common with the 'light' messages.
