<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the strength against an excessive impact by lowering the concn. of the stress to the base of a cantilever. CONSTITUTION:A cantilever 2 (3, 4) is provided to a base part 11 by integral processing and a strain gauge 7 is arranged to the strain stress generating part of the cantilever and the connection part of the side surface and base part of the cantilever is subjected to curving processing R. At the time of the vibration of the cantilever, the thin-walled part of the cantilever is deformed and the stress concn. due to vibration force is generated in the connection part of the base part and the side surface of the cantilever. This stress is dispersed by the curving processing of the connection part and the destruction of the connection part becomes hard to generate and the cantilever is enhanced in the strength against an excessive impact and enhanced in durability.</p> |
