PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a recollision by executing the transmission sequencing at the time of retransmission after a collision of information is generated, in the case a transmission device detects a state variation and transmits state variation information, with regard to the retranmitting system of the state variation information of a network monitoring system. CONSTITUTION:A transmission device 30i of a network monitoring system consisting of a host monitor 100, a transmission line 200 and a transmission device 30i is provided with a transmission/reception history management control means 30 for outputting a device address and a transmitting/receiving flag of the transmission device 30i being in the course of communication, and a transmission/reception history storage means 40 for storing an output of the transmission/reception history management control means 30, and constituted so that when two in the transmission device 30 transmit simultaneously state variation information, and it is detected by an information transmitting/receiving part 20 that the devices fails in transmission due to a collision on the transmission line 200, the contents of the transmission/reception history storage means 40 are referred to by the transmission/reception history management control means 30, and retransmission is executed preferentially from the state variation information of the transmission device 30i in which the degree of generation of a state variation is large. |
