<p>Process for making artificial slag from the waste dust of electro-filters, steam boilers using brown coal by mixing with 17-45% H2O, 1.5-3.5% calcium lignin sulphonate preheating at 250 degrees C for 25 mins in rotating cylinder and sintering in rotatory furnace at 1180-1350 degrees C. Product has bulk density 300-750 kg/m3 and thermal conductisty 0.083 K cal/mh degree C. Used for road construction insulation light bricks, hard concrete etc.</p> |
