<p>Divided blow mould for mfg. hollow articles as in DT 1,479,494 is modified to induce positive rupturing of the articles at predetermined positions and prevent undue noise surges by providing the half moulds at their interfaces with an axial annular groove and a complementary axial flange, respectively, the groove and flange acting as a throttle for the air issuing from the interior of the article when the half moulds are being opened.</p> |
