[Also in Division H1] An integrated circuit suitable as a motor controller has in one semi-conductor body a transverse main thyristor triggered by a lateral transistor. The turn-on level of the triggering thyristor may be stabilized by a Zener diode also provided in the body. Figs. 7 and 14 show the equivalent circuit of two such arrangements; each of these may be modified by the omission of the diode D-the thus modified circuit of Fig. 14 may be represented schematically by Fig. 10.
