<p>PURPOSE:To provide a turn-stop mechanism for a swivel swash plate excellent in durability while lightening the weight of a compressor and simplifying the turn-stop mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A ball 12 is mounted suspended to a lower part of a swivel swash plate 9 of a swivel swash plate-type compressor, and a guide rail part 13 is provided along a rotary shaft direction in an internal peripheral wall of a front housing 2 corresponding to a mounting location of this ball 12. The ball 12, while it is slid longitudinally in the guide rail part 13 through a shoe 14, performs a turn-stop of the swivel swash plate 9. The front housing 2 is cast by an aluminum alloy of high silicon content (12 to 15wt.%) light in weight further with excellent wearing resistance, and at the time of this casting, also the guide rail part 13 is integrally casted.</p> |
