PURPOSE:To reduce the occurrence of smear defects in a laminated board and manufacture laminated boards with excellent productivity, moreover, high thick ness accuracy, to thereby decrease the warpage deformation of the laminated board. CONSTITUTION:Continuous base materials 1 are impregnated with polybenzimidazole resin 2 and while being forwarded, a plurality of sheets thereof are put on one another and still continuous metallic foils 3 are superimposed thereon. While being forwarded continuously, this is heated under non-pressure for solidifying and integrally laminating the polybenzimidazole resin 2 and after being cut into a predetermined length, it is re-heated so as to obtain a laminated board A. Polybenzimidazole has a high deformation temperature and therefore the occurrence of smears is small. Because of the continuous method, the productivity becomes high and the laminated board A is lamination- molded one by one, thus the scatter of board thickness between respective laminated boards becomes small. By re-heating after thermally curing the polybenzimidzole resin, the warpage deformation of the laminated board can be decreased. |
