<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title form firmly bonded without any primer in between by unifying, through hot-pressing, an ethylene-based resin form containing specific modified silica and addition reaction-setting liquid silicone rubber. CONSTITUTION:The objective monolithic form can be obtained by coating or loading (A) a resin form produced by incorporating A1: 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene-based resin with A2: 0.01-20 pts.wt. of modified silica prepared by binding an organohydrogenpolysiloxane to the surface of hydrophilic or hydrophobic silica, followed by molding, with (B) an addition reaction-setting liquid silicone rubber prepared from B1: an organopolysiloxane having in one molecule two or more alkenyl groups, B2: an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having in one molecule two or more Si-bound H atoms, B3: fine powdered silica and B4: a catalytic amount of platinum (compound), and then by hot-pressing at 110-120 deg.C under 50-100kg/cm<2> for 5-10min.</p> |
