DETECTOR OF GAMMA-, X-RAY RADIATION

摘要

Detector of gamma, X-ray radiation is arranged as scintillator with powder filling agent and registering shottky diode. As scintillator one uses material Na(Tl) particles of which are suspended in transparent compound or low-melting glass with coefficient of optical refraction close to that coefficient of Na(Tl). As diode one uses at least one Shotky diode maximum of photo-sensitivity of which is in blue region of spectrum, made of zinc selenide.
