A reusable dental molding device for retaining a temporary impression of the frontal teeth of a patient for forming a separate molded plastic replica of the frontal teeth before and after a period of orthodontial treatment including a display casing for retaining normal size replicas of the teeth before and after treatment in opposite sides thereof.
